Widerøe's Flyveselskap AS, my employer from august 1977 and until sometime in 1995. I've got (naturally), more stories to tell from those years than from any other period in my life. I didn't know all that much about the company before I started there on a beatifull summers day in -77. I was instructed to meet at their operationel and maintenance headquarters in Bodø, Norway at 8 o'clock that morning, having stayed at the local SAS-hotel from the day before. At the hotel I met some of the guys that was starting at the same time as I. Geir Myhre from Narvik, Jan Solberg from Bergen and Haakenstad from Hønefoss. Great bunch of guys. At the Hangar, we were met by Kjell Hamre, the Ground Instructor, who was to be our tutor for the coming weeks.
